I often wonder about Christianity as a whole; will it be around in say 20-30 years?  And if so, what will be the primary focus and stance that the church will take on the various sins that even now we so easily dismiss.  We wonder why it’s become so easy to penetrate Gods church with foolishness, false prophets and infidelity, but is it because we failed to realize that heaven is real?  Many a church folk attend service every week, but they don’t even know why.  Some go to dress up in nice clothes, while others go to play a musical instrument.  But the question is, “Did we forget about Heaven?” Have we forgotten what God has prepared for those who walk uprightly before him?  Have we allowed ourselves to be so intertwined with the world, it’s buildings and financial enterprises that we have simply forgotten about “The mansion in the sky.”  Do sky scrapper buildings and billion dollar bank accounts compare.  I don’t think so!  Live this life now, but forget about heaven?  I don’t think so!  We’ve allowed ourselves to be so entertained by the world that God has to wave his hand in front of us or snap his fingers just to wake us out of the trance we’re in.  I wonder how many of us actually meditate on even going to heaven anymore, much less know if we are even going to enter in or not.  Think about it, what we do here will determine what we get up there.  I don’t know about you, but I think it’s time to get some more square footage on my mansion now.
